Starring Kareena Kapoor and Rahul Bose as main characters, Chameli is a Hindi drama offering which is about a depressed investment banker who has lost his pregnant wife in a car accident and is now consoled by a prostitute. The film was directed by Anant Balani; however, it was Sudhir Mishra who took over the directing work after Anant’s death.
