Hare Rama Hare Krishna is about finding a rebelled sister who is mingling with the hippies in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is written, produced, and directed by Dev Anand. He has introduced Zeenat Aman through this film, who received the Best Supporting Actress Award. The film tried to show the difference between the hippie and Indian culture. It also stress importance of adhering to one’s culture. It was beautifully filmed in the valley of Kathmandu, and became a super hit.
