Ishq-E-Laila is a Pakistani film released in 1957 based on the Arabian love story. The film had 18 songs, and most of them were a great hit in the country thus making it a musical hit. It is the best Urdu film made on love story. Sahila, Santosh, Nazar, Ajmal, Asha Poslay, and Allauddin have acted in it. Music is by Safdar Hussain and lyrics by Qateel Shafai.
