The huge star cast for the film is inclusive of Reena Roy, Sunil Dutt, Jeetendra, Sanjay Khan, Feroz Khan, Kabir Bedi, Vinod Mehra, Mumtaz, Rekha and Yogita Bali in pivotal roles. The film was a huge hit at the Indian Box Office. The inspiration for the film was the film titled “The Bride Wore Black” which was based on the novel with a similar name penned by Mr Cornell Woolrich.
