Paraya Dhan is a 1971 film starring Rakesh Roshan, Hema Malini, Balraj Sahni, and Ajit Khan. Rajendra Bhatia is the director of this film the story for which is written by S. Khalil, Ved Rahi, and Sudhendu Roy. The film had two hit songs – “Aaj unse pehli mulaqat hogi,” and “Tera mera judo hona muskil hai” composed by R. D. Burman.
