Patita – Tujhe Apne Paas Song Lyrics

Patita is an emotional drama film released in 1953. It starred Dev Anand, Usha Kiran, Agha, and Lalita Pawar in lead roles. The film takes through the life of a poor girl, who in spite of the sufferings she has gone through never wants to hide her tumultuous past. She is raped by her landlord, and has a child. When a mill-owner proposes her for marriage, she tells him all the truth. The man, impressed by her honesty, still marries her.
