aathiya is a Yash Raj Films presentation released in 2002. It is directed by Shaad Ali and starred Vivek Oberoi, and Rani Mukherjee in lead roles. Tabu and Shahrukh Khan are making appearance in small roles. The film’s music is by A. R. Rehman. Two collegians fall in love and despite resistance from their families marry each other.
