Vachan is a 1955 film with ranges of emotions that often happen in peoples’ lives belonging to the lower-middle class. It had Rajendra Kumar, Geeta Bali, Balraj Sahni and Madan Puri in lead roles. It was the first film for composer and music director, Ravi, and Rajendra Kumar with a meaty role. The film won two Filmfare Award nominations.
