Vishwa Vidhaata is a 1997 story of an unemployed youth whom poverty forces to join the underworld. Eventually, he decides to quit and becomes a target of his gang. To hide from them, he undergoes plastic surgery and marries his ex-lover. The couple now had a boy, and they want him to be a police inspector. They are unaware that this wish of theirs would create several problems in their lives when the boy grows up.
